Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original shipping box.
Drop Off Package
Hand off your package to the designated carrier; please ensure the sandals are clean and include all original tags to avoid processing delays.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
